Was established to service the national RV Community. It was established because before us, there was no Real Estate listing service that was designed to serve the specific needs of the RV owner and the unique property details that they are interested in.

Our intent is that real estate brokers and agents nationwide can use our service to help them highlight and promote RV Properties in more detail and correct context. The MLS service itself, is free to registered agents. If you are a real estate agent and wish to become registered to use our service email your contact information and an example of a property you wish to list to: Agent Ap. After being approved, you will be assigned an Agent Login, which you can then use at your convenience to add, edit or remove listings from the service. Note: Loading larger image files will not make the images bigger on this site. Pictures will be displayed at a preset size, so please only upload reasonably sized image files. A couple hundred kilobytes should be plenty.

Please understand that we are still currently in development and will address any problems or voids of information as quickly as possible.

Rv Properties MLS.com is the property of The Gardens Realty, LLC and was conceived of and commissioned by Tim Wilson, CE. Besides being the owner and developer of The Gardens RV Community in Crossville, TN, Tim is also a publisher of several nationwide and international trade magazines. He has two sons and enjoys "tinkering" with the markets.
